This can include entering all of the checks and debits and deposits, reconciling the bank accounts and credit card accounts, setting up new loans or asset purchases properly, adjusting the payroll accounts and depreciation, and other period ending journal entries.

Or, if you like to do this type of work, we teach you to do all or part of these services properly. We draw on our teaching experience in accounting to train you and/or your employees to use the system efficiently.

If you like we can do this at your place of business so you feel more comfortable and know that everything works on your computer. We know if you let us set up the program for you, tailor it to meet your needs, and teach you how to use it, you will enjoy the work and love the benefits.

Then if you like, we can review your work monthly or quarterly to be sure you are on the right track.
